Recently , Sinda Thermal engineer team is working closely with the production team on the production customized liquid cold plate . After 2 weeks's machining and testing , we just finished all the final packing and testing , sample will be shipped to US customer by tomorrow.
According to the system requirements of customers, we provide a variety of customized liquid cold plate sizes and configurations, which are widely used in equipment heat dissipation in various industries, sucha as: Vehicle device, power driver, 5G communication equipment, medical equipment,industrial equipment applications.
