     Yesterday, we received an order of 300pcs demand for the LED heatsink from Italy customer , this heatsink is made by cold forging process,and the material is copper. Thanks for the support , we will finish this order in 15 days. 

     Copper pin fin heat sink are designed to provide more surface area to improve the heat transferring ability, as it was cold forged from a solid copper bar, there is no joint between fin and base, so the thermal resistance is low and the construction can offer a high airflow which can supply a optimal thermal performance in many applications.
